Strengthen temperature and humidity management
Strengthen air-conditioning management, ensure reasonable temperature and humidity in the workshop as much as possible, and reduce fluctuations in workshop temperature and humidity. The cooling and dehumidification load of the air conditioner in the high temperature and high humidity season in summer is relatively large, which makes air conditioning management very difficult. At the same time, the operating cost of the air conditioner required to adjust the temperature and humidity of the workshop to an ideal state in the high temperature and high humidity season is also very high. Therefore, in high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, companies generally maintain the temperature and humidity of the workshop at a relatively high position on the premise of ensuring smooth production. Therefore, if temperature and humidity control is poor and frequent or large fluctuations occur during high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, it will seriously affect the living conditions of the workshop and the stability of product quality.
Do a good job cleaning the passage in the drafting area
Do a good job While controlling temperature and humidity, cleaning the whisker passage in the drafting area is one of the effective measures to reduce sticking, entanglement, blocking and hanging. Wipe and refuel properly to avoid lubricating grease contaminating the drafting area; during the charter inspection period, the adhesion of cotton wax, oil or sugar on the rollers, top rollers, and whisker channels should be checked, and wiped with a warm and wet cloth in time. The specific cleaning methods of the combing process are as follows:
◉ The combing and wiping machine should be cleaned with warm water, that is, use a warm wet cloth to clean and wipe the upper and lower lips of the nip plate. , separation roller, draft roller and all sliver channels and noil channels, remove the sticky matter and inlays adhered to the triangular airflow plate, dry them with a soft dry cloth and then polish them with chalk dust.
◉When wiping the car, soak the top comb in a container of warm water for about 5 minutes, use a brush to clean the sticky matter stuck between the needle teeth of the top comb, and clean it. Then blow dry with a compressed air hose.
◉Equipment maintenance personnel clean the responsible machine with a warm wet cloth every day, wipe the upper and lower lips of the nip plate, the separation roller, the draft roller, and all sliver channel coilers The sliver is channeled and then polished with chalk dust.
◉Maintenance staff will clean the top comb with warm water once a week, and combing workers will clean the upper and lower lips of the nippers and the top comb needle plate once per shift. Work.
Ensure the good operating condition of the carding equipment
Ensure the combing process The good operating status of carding equipment ensures the stability of yarn quality and improves production efficiency. The combing and combing equipment must have a smooth surface, no damage, and no intarsia. The rack density in the carding area, the combing area, and the total combing points must be optimally configured to minimize the edges, holes, and breaks of the combed cotton web. . Specific measures include:
◉Optimize the density of the cylinder rack arrangement. In order to maximize the combing efficiency of the cylinder, it is necessary to rationally configure it within the limited combing interval of the cylinder, appropriately increase the density of the racks in the front combing area, and strengthen the piercing, grabbing, opening, and carding functions of the racks in the front area. At the same time, it should also be avoided that the rack configuration in the front area is too dense, which will cause the combing machine to break the edges and holes of the cotton web at high speed.
◉Use the brush reverse technology rationally. If used properly, imported brushes can be used for 6 to 7 years, and domestic brushes can be used for 4 to 5 years. When the conventional technical measures for dealing with cylinder inlays do not work, do not hastily adjust the depth of the brown bristles of the brush into the cylinder (because doing so will easily aggravate the damage to the brown bristles of the brush and shorten the service life of the brush). The bristles should be removed. Use the brush backwards. This is because most of the brushes we use now are domestic brushes. The elasticity of the brown hairs of domestic brushes is relatively poor. After using for a period of time, the brown hairs of the brushes will fall in the direction of combing. At this time, the brown hairs of the brushes are in The alignment with the cylinder needle teeth greatly reduces the cleaning efficiency of the cylinder. If the brush is turned upside down at this time, so that the brown hairs of the brush are in the opposite direction to the cylinder needle teeth, the brown hair tips can have good elasticity, and the depth of the brush insertion into the cylinder needle teeth can be appropriately controlled, which is helpful for cleaning the tin. The intarsia inside the forest teeth is extremely advantageous. After using it for a period of time, turning the brush backward will have a cleaning effect equivalent to increasing the depth of the brush inserted into the cylinder by 1 mm. The reverse cycle of the brush is generally controlled within 3 months for better results.
◉Reasonably adjust the brush speed. The brush speed directly affects the cleaning of the cylinder and the state of the fibers embedded in the cylinder. With the substantial increase in the speed of combing machines, the traditional technical concept of controlling the surface speed ratio of cylinders and brushes at 1:5.8~6.8 can no longer fully meet actual needs. Through experiments, the brush speed of the high-speed combing machine is 1200 r/min, which has a better cleaning effect on the cylinder.
Effectively extend the service life of the cylinder rack
On the premise of ensuring the carding quality, the service life of the cylinder rack should be extended as much as possible to effectively reduce the phenomenon of cylinder hanging.
◉The conventional domestic cylinder first and second sets of cylinder racks we use have the same specifications, and the rack bevels are all beige. The first group and the first row of cylinder racks are easily damaged. When the cylinder is used for about eight months, the first and second groups of cylinder racks can be used interchangeably.Effectively improve the combing quality, keep the cylinder tooth surface clean, and extend the service life of the cylinder rack.
◉When replacing the cylinder racks uniformly, some cylinder racks in relatively good condition (rack tooth surface damage, no inlay, no dirt) can be replaced Select and save them for emergency replacement of cylinder racks with inlays at any time to ensure cleanness of the cylinder tooth surface, reduce machine material consumption, and extend the service life of the cylinder rack.
◉Through experiments, while appropriately increasing the density of the cylinder racks in the front and rear areas, we also strictly controlled the three-point spacing of the cylinder combing (front, middle and rear areas). A small carding gap can reduce neps in the yarn, but a carding gap that is too small can easily cause fiber damage and cylinder rack damage. Therefore, the determination of cylinder carding distance should be optimized based on cylinder rack density configuration, small roll quantity and customer quality requirements.
◉The process design of the combing preparation process should give priority to the straightness, parallelism and separation of the fibers to ensure that the small rolls do not stick during the unwinding process to save cotton. , Reduce damage to the cylinder rack and increase the service life of the cylinder rack.
Adopting the above technical measures can greatly alleviate the phenomenon of sticking, entanglement, blocking and hanging during the combing process in high temperature and high humidity seasons. The combing cylinder basically always keeps the tooth surface clean and No intarsia, no damage. </p
