Quantityquantity:Accordingtothedetails,thetotalcottonimporttariffquotain2021is894,000tons,ofwhich33%isstate-ownedtradequota.
Basicconditionsforapplyingforenterprises:2021Thebasicconditionsforenterprisesapplyingforcottonimporttariffquotasare:registeringwiththemarketsupervisionandmanagementdepartmentbeforeOctober1,2020;havinggoodfinancialstatus,taxrecordsandintegrity;andnotviolatingthe”InterimMeasuresfortheAdministrationofAgriculturalProductsImportTariffQuotas”.Underthepremiseofmeetingtheaboveconditions,theapplicantenterprisemustalsomeetoneofthefollowingconditions:(1)Cottonimportingstate-ownedtradingenterprise;(2)Cottonspinningenterprisewith(self-owned)spinningequipmentof50,000spindlesormore;(3))Enterpriseswithanannualproductioncapacity(self-owned)of8,000tonsormoreofcottonspunlacenonwovens(theproductionlinecapacityofspunlacemachineequipmentwithawidthlessthanorequalto3metersisrecognizedas2,000tons,andtheproductioncapacityofaproductionlinewithawidthgreaterthan3metersisrecognizedas4,000tons).
Applicationtimelimit:TheapplicantenterpriseshallsubmitapplicationmaterialstotheentrustingagencyattheplaceofregistrationfromOctober15toOctober30,2020.TheentrustingagencyshallsubmittheapplicationmaterialstotheentrustingagencyinNovember2020.SubmittheapplicationmaterialstotheNationalDevelopmentandReformCommission(GovernmentServiceHall)beforeMarch15th,andsubmitacopytotheMinistryofCommerce.Atthesametime,uploadtheinformationcontainedinthecottonimporttariffquotaapplicationformtotheimportantagriculturalproductimporttariffquotamanagementsystem.OverduewillnotbeacceptedAccepted.
