Types of printing (paste) and their process flow and precautions
(1) Paint ( Pigment) printing:
Using binder to fix the paint on cloth/cotton fiber under certain conditions is the simplest, cheapest and direct printing method.
A General pigment printing (printing color: light medium color)

B Special paint printing (printing color: large area of dark/bright red/g color)
Technology: Dyeing base fabric – pre-press shaping – printing – dry setting – finished product shaping
C Gold and silver powder printing
Technology: dyeing base fabric—pre-printing setting—printing—dry setting—over-soft setting
(2) Reactive printing:
Use the printing method to print reactive dyes on the cloth according to the printing pattern. After dyeing, it undergoes steaming treatment (steaming) to use the fixation of saturated steam to fix the dye on the surface of the cloth. Use on cotton.
A process: dyeing base fabric—pre-printing and shaping—printing—steaming—dye washing—finished product shaping
(3) Coating + reactive printing:
A process: dyeing base fabric – pre-press shaping – printing – steaming —Dry setting—Dye washing—Finished product finalizing
(4) Pigmentdischarge printing:
Use a discharge agent to destroy the dye in the printed part so that the desired color can appear on the dyed base fabric.
(5) Nylon acid printing: used on all nylon cloth
A process: dyeing base fabric—pre-printing and shaping—printing—steaming (long time)—dye washing—finished product shaping
(6) Diffusion material printing: used on all polyester fabrics
A process: dyeing base fabric-pre-press setting-printing-steaming (170℃ X8min)–Dyeing Department Washing—Finished Product Shaping
(7) Burnt cotton printing: used for cotton cover silk cloth Category 1
A process: dyeing base fabric – pre-press shaping – printing – dry setting – low temperature stretching – dyeing part washed until clean – finished product shaping, pay attention to burning cotton pulp Due to the characteristics, it is easy to regain moisture, so the styling department should process it immediately after receiving the order from the printing factory without stopping.
(8) Cationic printing: used on all acrylic fabrics
A process: dyeing base fabric – pre-press shaping – printing – steaming – washing of the dyeing part – finished product shaping
If the above-mentioned fabrics require special finishing, additional additions are required Special process.
Special matters
(1) Due to Due to the influence of the printing machine, the sealing degree of the finished printed sheet cannot exceed 72 to 74 inches
(2) If the printing pattern is required to be relatively fine and the printing area is relatively large, in order to prevent the net from being blocked, the printing factory will usually review the sheet. The dyeing department is required to perform wool removal treatment, but wool removal has a certain impact on the weight specifications of the cloth, so the weaving mill must make corresponding adjustments before weaving (especially non-definite fabrics). The dyeing factory will filter through the filter during the dyeing process. When the cloth is discharged from the vat and dried, it will be passed through a water jet. After the cloth is dried, the hair will be removed through processes such as brushing and gluing.
