On September 28, the “2020 China’s Top 500 Enterprises Summit Forum” hosted by the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneurs Association was held in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. At the meeting, the “2020 China’s Top 500 Enterprises List” was released. Judging from the data analysis of the top 500 Chinese enterprises in 2020, it shows four major characteristics: good growth in scale and efficiency, continued deepening of structural adjustment, obvious results in R&D and innovation, and more prominent international status.
From a scale perspective, the operating income of the top 500 Chinese companies in 2020 continued to grow, with a total of Revenue was 86.02 trillion yuan, an increase of 8.75% over the previous year. The operating income of the company ranked 500th on the list was 35.961 billion yuan, an increase of 3.636 billion yuan compared with the previous year’s entry threshold. This is the 18th consecutive year that the entry threshold for China’s top 500 companies has been raised.
In terms of industries, there are 238 manufacturing companies, 181 service industry companies, and 81 companies in other industries on the list. The industrial structure of the companies on the list continues to be optimized, with 6 companies in advanced manufacturing and 8 companies in modern service industries increasing, while traditional manufacturing companies such as ferrous metallurgy continue to decrease.
Among them, 16 chemical fiber-related companies are on the list. Hengli Group, Zhejiang Hengyi Group Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Rongsheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. are among the top three chemical fiber companies on the list. .
