What is wash-free fabric?
No-wash fabric is a kind of textile fabric, commonly used in outdoor clothing and bags, such as PU coating, imitation leather (artificial leather), brushed imitation suede, etc.
What about disposable fabrics?
No-wash fabrics have two major characteristics: 1. Easy to clean, no need to wash with water, just wipe it when dirty. 2. More environmentally friendly, generally using artificial materials.
No-clean materials can be divided into two types according to paint: 1. Water-based type. This material is safe, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly, but has poorer adhesion to fabrics and weaker water pressure resistance than solvent-based ones. 2. Solvent-based polyurethane. This material has good film-forming properties, strong adhesion to fabrics, high water pressure resistance, and is more suitable for waterproof and moisture-permeable coatings.
