During our adjustment process, The eye difference between domestic machines is large, ranging from 0.3mm to 0.8mm~1mm, which has a great impact on the stability of the quality. After adjusting to a unified level of about 0.25mm, the quality has been significantly improved. It has laid the foundation for the single combing process plan of our factory’s low-nep products. An inspection of the imported Rieter machines showed that the combing spacing of most machines is relatively uniform, generally between 0.3mm and 0.4mmm, and some individual holes also have larger It is about 0.6mm, but in order to improve the quality, we uniformly adjust the carding distance to about 0.25mm.

Adjustment of the top comb spacing. The top comb spacing includes the high and low spacing (insertion depth) and the in and out spacing, which has a great influence on the combing effect. Too deep insertion of the top comb will cause intarsia, and too shallow insertion will cause combing. Insufficient, so the insertion depth of the top comb is the deepest without intarsia. In the production process of existing varieties, when the temperature and humidity are appropriate, the insertion of the top comb can be produced smoothly at +1mm, and the index is good.

The in and out distance determines the length of fiber that the top comb can comb. When the nipper is in the most forward position, the top comb blade is very close to the separation nip, and the fibers it can comb are very long. Therefore, when adjusting the spinning process, the top comb goes in and out. The distance is also very important. At 24 degrees, the distance between the top comb piece and the separation roller is 0.15-0.2mm.

Cylinder positioning, regarding the positioning of the cylinder arc plate, determines how early or late the first row of needle teeth enters the beard bush. The cylinder timing is generally at 36 degrees, 37 degrees or 38 degrees. The cylinder positioning of new combing machines is generally no longer Use 38 degrees for positioning, which is related to the timing of forward rotation of the separation roller sooner or later. The fiber is long, so the timing of forward rotation should be earlier, and the positioning of the cylinder should also be earlier accordingly. However, for the Rieter E65 combing machine, in long-staple cotton, In the trial spinning comparison test, the influence of cylinder positioning on the index is not obvious. Since the E65 combed cylinder adopts variable speed transmission technology and CAPD optimization technology, when the cylinder is positioned at 37 degrees, the penetration ability and energy consumption of the fiber front end are improved. This aspect is more reasonable, so it is better to use 37-degree positioning for the Rieter E65 combing machine.

Daily cleaning work, during the production process, the pliers jaws are prone to accumulation of dust, especially the accumulation of dust in the upper jaw, which is very difficult to find. If the accumulation of flowers in the jaws will cause the jaws to have poor grip on the beard, it will lead to waste. The long fibers increase, the uneven weight of the product increases, and the carding is poor and other adverse consequences. Therefore, inspections during the daily production process should be increased. In addition, the brush is particularly important for cleaning the cylinder. The brush is bundled into the needle gap of the cylinder. 0.5mm is appropriate, so focus on the cleanliness of the cylinder.

Regarding forward feeding and backward feeding, under the same cotton feeding length and the same separation distance, the backward feeding cotton waste is larger, the fiber length entering the waste is longer, and the same fiber is repeatedly carded slightly more times. , similarly, under the same noil requirements, the separation distance during backward feeding is smaller than that of forward feeding, so there is no difference between good and bad combing quality between forward feeding and backward feeding, but in Rieter combing The machine uses forward cotton feeding when it can meet the noil requirements. The short feeding method is more beneficial to production.
