01 If there is water in the distribution room, do not rush to restore equipment operation
Contact the local power supply bureau and arrange for professional technicians to go to the site for maintenance to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
After draining the water in the power distribution room, sufficient ventilation and dehumidification should be carried out, and the out-of-service equipment such as equipment, cables, and transformers should be checked for flooding.
02 Inspection and treatment of machine electronic and electrical components after wading in water
Thoroughly clean the control panel, Remove the silt, lint and other debris inside the inverter, power supply, various control modules and circuit boards, and then place them in the dryer.
If the motor is exposed to water, you need to open the motor, clean the internal dirt and dry it, and then assemble it. Also make sure the bearings are in good condition and replaced in time. If relays, transformers, switches, solenoid valves and various sensors are exposed to water, they need to be dried and replaced if necessary.
Before powering on the machine, make sure that all parts of the machine are completely dry and in good condition. At the same time, ensure that the control and mechanical moving parts have been thoroughly inspected and cleaned to avoid secondary damage after startup.
