Shaanxi Yulin Energy Group Co., Ltd. Coal-based 1.2 million tons/year ethylene glycol phase I 400,000 tons /year ethylene glycol start-up project is a start-up project of Yuneng Group Company in the coal-based clean fuel base and high-end chemical materials base in Qingshui Industrial Park, Yushen Industrial Zone. The total planned area is 1,711 acres. The alcohol unit is used, and the hydrogen-rich gas separated by cryogenics is sent to the pressure swing adsorption device to extract H2; the other crude synthesis gas undergoes two-stage isothermal transformation, and is sent to low-temperature methanol to elute the sulfur and CO2 impurities, and then separated from the cryogenics The rich hydrogen gas enters PSA-H2 together to obtain H2 product for use in the ethylene glycol unit.

The project construction content includes coal gasification equipment, purification equipment, H2/CO separation equipment, ethylene glycol equipment, etc. Public works and supporting auxiliary facilities include: 3×350t/h high-temperature and high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler + 2×30MW pump-back steam turbine generator unit, air separation unit, circulating water station, desalted water station, storage and transportation facilities, and sewage treatment Stand and wait.
